Dr Ramsey spends time actually listening to you. He offers all kinds of treatment options and spends time explaining each option. I wouldn't trust my spine with anyone else.
He really spends an inordinate amount of time with you, coming up with a plan of care that fits you (the individual) He preforms a comprehensive exam and views all of your films himself(he doesn't rely on the report of the radiologist) . He is very personable and caring. You can't get a better Dr.
The waiting area was empty, yet sat in pain for 30 minutes before taken back to examining room. Nurse did interview asking the same questions I had spent hours on filling out, New Patient Forms, in advance. Then another 30 minutes later, Ramsey came in, did some examination and spent another 20 minutes writing up a report in the examine room. He prescribed the same pill my PCP had prescribed. I love Dr Ramsey. He doesn’t do surgery if there are other options. I had a nerve pinched in my back. Medicine has solved my problems. He is very easy to talk to and understand. Never feel rushed. He always is willing to answer questions. Never a long wait after appointment time. I have found all of his staff to be very friendly and nice. I highly recommend him.
Great doctor but everything spoiled by the most obnoxious and belligerent front staff who make you feel like you are trying to steal from them.
I had back surgery with Dr Ramsey a couple years ago and was very happy with the procedure...went home next day and no problems. I recently took a deaf friend to him....a difficult patient in general but so far a good outcome....
