January 2010 is when I had my pancreas removed. Then the left over good beta cells were separated from the bad beta cells and transplanted into my liver. So I'm not a true type 1 diabetic, I use their routine to control my sugar. I was #25 on the list of people who had this surgery. Dr. Adams said have this surgery or end up with pancreatic cancer. Perfect, caring Dr. David Adams and his team. He saved my life on 4 surgies, 2015 , its march 2017 rgt now. Also musc ashley river , at 25 courtney dr.. First floor GI CLINIC.
