Absolute worst experience ever! Dr Atefi did not listen to anything. It was plain he did not review any information sent over by the hospital. Totally uncaring. He did absolutely nothing to treat me for my Crohns Disease. Gave me free samples for ulcerative colitis. I had to return to the emergency room because he did not give me the necessary prescription for medicine to continue treatment for a flare-up. The staff was discourteous, condescending and rude. They do not return phone calls
I had a colonoscopy done and Dr Atefi did not have all the equipment needed at the location so he could not do the entire colonoscopy that I had gone for. His diag was my Colon had colapsed and he could not pass his instrument to check completele and that I should schedule a follow up fo rthe next steps. When I went to the office for follow up, he said Everything is fine no worries Then when I pointed out what he mentioned at discharge time, he said Oh I am so sorry I did not read all.
