New post! In September I tore my Achilles and without the help of Altman and his Indiba machine who knows where I’d be with the rehab. My Dr. kept telling me I was progressing nicely but at the exit appointment he told me he hadn’t seen an Achilles heal that quickly with someone who wasn’t an athlete. So, thank you Dr. Altman!
