Poor professionalism by Dr. Steinberg. Lack of empathy, no genuine care for his patients eye care, he just entered the room read the results and walk out of the room. Staff are gracious and helpful, but he must retire if he is tired of his profession. Doctors should be audited and survey past patients specially if they are elders.
