Total lack of care, long drawn out outpatient treatment for someone dying of cancer yet he continued outpatient testing. Near death, patient taken to MD ER and diagnosed in days. Treatment started immediately and patient is doing great. Would be dead if waited for next outpatient test. He missed all the clear signs and lab results that were clearly indicative of B cell Lymphoma.
Pt under Riseberg's care has been so ill for 4 months exp sx of severe food poisoning. Given pts hx of CA & ongoing sx it was clear months ago a need for inpt care. pt lost 30lbs in 3months. Despite wt loss to 110lbs & other concerning sx. Riseberg didn’t admit pt or act on the clear signs. All doc in the medical record ind. the pts worsening cond yet Riseberg failed to take nec action.
