I have been in health care for 22 years, and Dr O'Toole is one of the most personable physicians I have met. He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and takes time to explain treatment and plans. Super Physician.

Went in to see Dr. O'toole, and was told in order to continue recieving my medication i would have to have a drug test at a cost of 1000 dollars. I had been prescribed hydrocodone 5-325 acetaminophen 3 times a day for the past 6 years due to bone spurs in my neck also diagnosed by you all. Not one time in those 6 years did i ever increase in dosage or take more than were prescribed. And now im being treated like a criminal for taking the medicine you all gave me.
