My wife previously had an in-office surgical procedure performed by this practice that resulted in a complication. When she returned to the office on February 16, 2026, seeking treatment for that complication, she was refused treatment because the office claimed she did not have the required referral and that the doctor would not be paid. The doctor personally called me at home. He left no skin on my husband‘s nose to even close him. He had basal cell carcinoma. The doctor told me on the phone. He thought it was melanoma. I told him did he do it in sections. He said no he just took it all off. He said the good thing is there’s no more cancer. Those were his words. He then let a girl close him that I was told was a stenographer. she used Novacaine and a cauterizing tool on him, which I think is not proper. Where did the doctor go?
