Dr. High is an exceptional doctor. Welcoming staff.
Was very pleased with the short amount of time I had to wait, office staff were very pleasant and Dr. High has a great bedside manner and explains things so a common person can understand the situation. I highly recommend him.
I've been going to Dr. High for about 6 years for sun exposure/skin care. It's important to have good communication with him, I point out areas of concern and he's always been very professional and explains everything in detail. It's a busy office and I book my appointments a year in advance. If something pops up unexpected they'll make time for you. The office staff is very professional. They deserve 5 stars.
This place is ridiculous! You have to be WHITE to be treated fairly and be called on time to your appointment. They skip and make you wait. My son has down syndrome I am Hispanic. His appt was at 1020am and here it's almost 11am and I'm sitting in this waiting area. If it wasn't be ause he needs the injections for his Alopecia I would walk out right now. Dr Klein assistant is rude. Just because I was a little upset and went to ask if the Dr was behind she started telling me to calm down. I was just asking a question to the f... read more
Dr. High is very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to all of my concerns carefully. It's clear he cares a lot about his patients. The staff at his office are lovely and welcoming. There's plenty of parking so it's easy to get in and out.
