My wife and I have had the pleasure of trusting our eye care to Dr. Haine and his staff for several years now. They are top notch and very professional, skilled, and thorough in their examinations and never seem rushed to get to the next patients. Very refreshing in this day and age of "corporate medicine". Thanks for everything.
I need new glasses, which made me think of Dr. Haine. My visit was over 10 years ago, and I moved out of state. The thing is, the glasses I purchased from him are better than any I have gotten since, although my vision has worsened. I am tempted to call and get the prescription again. Dr. Haine is hands down the best optometrist I ever had, not to mention an outstanding sense of humor. I just had an appt with Dr Haines and as a former Optometric Technician I can only give him and his entire practice the highest praise. All staff are extremely well trained and continuing education is a focus of the practice. It was THE most thorough eye exam I have ever had--and I'm a critical observer -- at these appointments. His equipment is more technologically advanced than with retina specialist I saw recently in NJ and Richmond. He knew important to watch as medicine side effects my oncologist never mentioned. Where to start. The only pro of this office, they were able to get me a new patient appointment quickly. Now for the negatives. My appointment was at 3:15, I arrived at 3. I did not leave the office until nearly 6 pm for a basic eye exam! I sat in the room alone for 45 mins waiting for majority of the time. Office staff were talking negatively about other staff or patients so loudly you could hear it through the walls. Front desk ladies were talking bad about clients once they left.
