Initially, 3 fillings were prescribed following an x-ray. Afterwards, they discovered a root canal would need to be performed for 1 of the 3 teeth. After the 3rd visit, one of the fillings fell apart and was need to be inserted. After purging the prior pieces of it, the dr. removed so much material that a root canal was needed. Unfortunately, they've exhausted all my insurance would cover, so it would not be completed if I had agreed to do so - which I would not have.
