Prior to getting my procedure, the office staff told me it would be covered. After, I received a large bill from their office and it was not covered. When I confronted their staff about it, they said "Dr. Garcia is not going to waive the fee." Furthermore, he said that I was the patient and it was not my responsibility. They did not show any compassion for my situation. They also hung up on me during my conversation to attempt and resolve. I would never use this office again and do not recommend his services.
