Unfortunately, there’s a person named Tyler working at this location. Tyler is Unprofessional And completely miserable to deal with. I have absolutely zero understanding as to how he could be employed anywhere. I definitely Recommend for anyone to go to any other optometrist while Tyler is employed there.
I’ve been going to Dr. Dueck for many years, in Stoney Creek then Beamsville. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, they’re the best!
I’ve received nothing but top notch service and care every time I’ve come in for an appointment. Dr. Ben Dueck has been amazing to work with and I would highly recommend going to see Dr.Ben if you are needing to see an Eye Doctor. They also have a huge selection of glasses to fit any budget.
