The doctor took plenty of time to answer my questions and explained everything he was doing step-by-step.
I got there and from the very first words out of Dr. Banach's mouth he was nothing but degrading and hostile. He does not have any compassion and doesn't want to listen. I was TOLD by the receptionist that I was going to have a root canal, post and crown (I don't even know what a post is so how could I have made that up?). Dr. Banach said he was only doing the root canal and a temp filling and that my dentist had to do a permanent filling and the crown or a bridge and the rest of the work.
