I’m petrified of dentists because of some earlier bad experiences but Dr. Patel and his staff are amazing! The office is very comfortable and I was able to relax as soon as I sat down. There are two men named Alex and both were very nice and helpful. Someone gave one of them a bad review but I did not find that to be true of either.
The office mgr Alex is rude and nasty. Twice he came in the room to argue with me because I questioned charges that were 100% covered by insurance but he claims I owe. Another time he's telling me I had a toothache that I didn't have but wanted to charge me for a visit that they told me was no charge since the doctor wasn't available on the day I was there.
