I had to pick another doctor as Dr. Denis I was told went out on a medical leave. I picked this doctor and I was in sick pain ad I knew something had occurred during the three months from my surgery. Nov 11- Feb. I chose Dukes. He walked in as asked if I smoked. I said no. Then he said your survey doesn't work. He was a jerk. I said what should I do. Go home.
