They are always great at getting our entire family in for appointments, they're courteous and prompt, and completely transparent about billing and any procedures. My husband has never trusted dentists, and had a lot of fear before we worked with Bay Area Family Dental. They've calmed his anxiety, and developed a really good relationship with our whole family. I definitely recommend Dr. Holdredge and his crew to anyone.

On several occasions my mouth was not numb and when I told him so he told me that i was wrong and kept drilling - this happened so often that I am unable to go to my new, much better dentist without feeling nervous. Holdredge was also a crack at filling cavities. He would say that I had fifteen cavities at a time (unlikely) and fill them in the shoddiest way possible. Extremely professional and polite. Great service and always took time to answer any questions I had . Dr Holdredge is a five star Dentist and his staff is well organized and polite. I was highly impressed and recommend them to my friends.

Dr. Holdredge and his staff we quick to come to my rescue when I bit down on a piece of taffy and lost a crown. I was new to the area and called around, they fit me into their schedule and was able to put my crown back on. Very pleasant and professional and have been going to them ever since.
