Staff was rude. Whoever answered the phone was not welcoming. The woman who answered also hung up on me mid-sentence. If the staff is this rude, I can only imagine that Dr. Brown is worse. I will not be scheduling an appointment at this office with these people.
Arrogant, rude and dismissive. He would not listen to my symptoms or concerns. He was disrespectful and went on a long loud rant and said the reason I felt bad was that I was old, fat and lazy. When I tried to speak he just got louder and refused to listen. He would not run the appropriate tests and has no idea how to monitor or treat Addison's disease. He does not follow the NADF guidelines for treatment of Addison's disease and refused to prescribe an emergency injection kit for Adrenal crisis. Under his care my condition ... read more
