I “had” an appointment with Kittur and waited 20 minutes to get checked in. There was two other women in line and by the time she got to me And checked me in it was 2:26 PM. The lady apologized for the long wait and said the computers were running slow. I paid for my copayment and she told me to have a seat. I can’t say a single positive thing about my experience this morning with Dr. Kittur. There is no empathy for the patient. She is in a rush to just leave the room while you are clarifying your health concerns. She got super irritated during the insertion of speculum as I was sensitive but I wasn’t moving or showing resistance. She didn’t ask me to take deep breaths or make me feel at ease and yelled at me “ do you want me to do this or stop ? “ She just didn’t seem to care or was interested in answering any questions. I'm really disappointed with Dr. Kittur. As an OB/GYN and women's health expert, I expected more empathy, but she was cold, unapproachable, and seemed uninterested in listening to my concerns. Instead of offering support, she rushed through the appointment and referred me to a specialist instead of addressing my issues. If you’re looking for a doctor who truly cares and listens, and go above and beyond, she’s NOT the one. She's probably only good for routine check ups but not beyond that!
