I am grateful for Dr Alaimo and NP Seth Billington at this office. They are thorough, professional and kind. They leave no stone unturned and you are in excellent hands with them. Lisa, the administrative assistant, is the most awesome person you could find anywhere. She is always cheerful, helpful and the hardest working person imaginable. I cannot adequately express how amazing Dr Alaimo, Seth and Lisa are. I recommend them without reservation.
Dr Alaimo spent nearly 3 hours conducting testing for nerve issues . This was a complete and thorough test that I’ve ever had . Possible remedies were provided. In addition the Doctors thoroughly went over my entire medical history . I apologize for not remembering the medical providers name who assisted in my testing but he was also very thorough and knowledgeable in conducting the testing. All personal in the office were very polite and caring.
Felt this was the worst visit with a doctor I've ever had. Still haven't received a report. Seems so unorganized. I understand they don't use much electronic records. But if i didn't bring my whole chart they couldn't figure out how to get X-rays, reports etc. Was honestly a waste of time for me and the doctor. Still in pain and having issues with no answers
