Dr Bruck is a unique human being as he is an outstanding urologist, professional, thorough, committed... yet a sensitive, empathetic, compassionate man. I highly recommend him.
Coral Reef office waiting room is small and crowded . Waiting times can run 60-90 minutes. Other than that, Dr. Bruck and his staff themselves are great!
for years am a patient of dr darren bruck . i am extremely happy with my attention and his expertise. i cant conceive switching under any circumstance. yes the place in doral is normally packed. yes normally there is a wait to get thru on the phone. so what... it means business!!! highly recommended. am a client for life
Unacceptably low levels of customer service and empathy. I booked an appointment with the doctor's office and when I called the next day to double check the time of the appointment I was told my appointment was not in the system. The staff member was completely unconcerned with my situation as she yawned into the phone without the slightest trace of sympathy or any sort of manners. This establishment does not value the patient's time and cant even be bothered to show a smidge of concern for their health.
