I had my first eye exam at the Costco Merivale location, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Ali was amazing—very thorough, professional, and patient throughout the entire exam. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated the care and attention to detail. The clinic is run efficiently and Dr. Shedden is thorough, friendly and knowledgeable.
Had to reschedule an eye appointment and left three separate voice messages starting four days prior to the appointment on their voicemail. No return call from the office other than to confirm the appointment I was trying to reschedule so if this is indicative of how the clinic is operated I’m in the market for a new clinic.
My whole family is with Darrell. Very nice and patience, treat my little ones as his own kids. Very recommended!
