The clinic is run efficiently and Dr. Shedden is thorough, friendly and knowledgeable.
Had to reschedule an eye appointment and left three separate voice messages starting four days prior to the appointment on their voicemail. No return call from the office other than to confirm the appointment I was trying to reschedule so if this is indicative of how the clinic is operated I’m in the market for a new clinic.
My whole family is with Darrell. Very nice and patience, treat my little ones as his own kids. Very recommended!
The last time Dr. Darrell Shedden saw me was in 2019 but when I phoned this morning to book an appointment his super friendly and very efficient admin assistant, Theresa, amazingly remembers my name even before I could introduce myself. Kudos not only because she remembers her clients' names and history with the doctor but because it shows concern. A 10 each for Dr. Shedden and Theresa.
