Dr. Devick is kind and caring and very knowledgable. The reason you had to wait is because he insists on giving his patients the time they need, not the time each is allotted by the efficiency experts. Yes, you wait but he doesn't rush you out, he gives you what you need. In my experience, the staff is only rude to rude people, I get along with them just fine.
