I've taken my LO to Dr. Eckert since he was a newborn and I don't regret it for one second. She really takes her time to answer all of your questions during each appointment. During the last hurricane I even received a phone call from her office providing me with her cell number in case we had any questions or concerns during the storm. how do you make an appointment for sick child? you keep getting directed to call center and only want to charge you. I have tried google, your website, looked for an email, nothing. If you call you should be able to leave a message to be answered next business day to request walk in appointment for sick child. Instead you get to winnie palmer call line and unable to help you and asked to call back when there open, only to see they cant see you. very frustrating that ultimately after 3 times had to transfer to another doctor.... read more
recently changed insurance for my 3 children. i selected the doctor because it said she was accepting new patients. Called to make an appointment for my twins who are 15 month old after receiving our insurance cards. now they are not accepting new patients. Very rude receptionist. These people need to update their info to the insurance companies or need to take themselves off of the list if they are going to lie about things like this.
