I was excited to see Dr. Zagunis; however, when I asked if occipital nerve blocks were done using sonogram or other instruments, I was coldly told via text that any further questions could be asked at the initial consultation. I would like to know what I’m getting myself into beforehand. It was very difficult to get in contact with anyone over the phone. Dr. Zagunis is very caring. He listens to your concerns and addresses them accordingly. Great doctor. Marlene is amazing.
The staff at this office is pleasant and efficient which sets the tone for appointments. The doctor is very thorough and compassionate. I appreciated the fact that he didn’t just immediately prescribe medicines without becoming familiar with my medical background.

I would give this place 0 stars, but I like the doctor, only the doctor. The rest of the services there are unprofessional. They rarely answer the phone. If they do answer it, it was after you repeatedly called till they answered. If you just call and leave a message, you don't get called back. I have yet to be called back. This includes my pharmacy calling their office to get approval to refill my medication multiple times with no answer or response.
