The women who answers the phone is rude. I'm not a patient of theirs, I just wanted to see if I could weigh my baby so I didn't have to drive to Montgomery. My 12 day old son hasn't eaten in 12 hours. It was a simple question. A "no ma'am we can't weigh your baby unless your a patient " would have sufficed. And I would have been fine with that.
