The medical staff at Advanced Surgical Arts Center is excellent and the care received extremely professional. I was informed clearly about realistic expectations and what to prepare for the period after the surgery. The office staff, however, could be better trained. When I called to clarify costs prior to the procedures, the insurance "specialist" told me "it is too hard to explain" the difference in prices through insurance company and wihtout insurance. Gave her a chance after I was warned to stay away for my breast augmentation. had to go to another doctor 6 months later to get them right. She is very defensive and gave a misdiagnosis on why they turned out looking bad.

Honeycutt is definately missing a human's factor in her practice. I had to cancel my surgery with her because of my daughter's serious illness, when she was admitted to the hospital on the day of my surgery. Shortly after that I got a letter from Honeycutt's office simply saying that because I did cancel my surgery, I am no longer welcome in her office and she won't see me anymore. Dr. Honeycutt reconstructed my lower lip from a dog bite when she practiced in Paducah, KY in 1997. Yes that was a long time ago, but I have never forgotten her caring ways and reassuring words in the Emergency Room that she could make me look normal again. I will always be thankful for her help during a very scary time in my life. She is an excellent doctor and a perfectionist at what she does. Thank you Dr. Honeycutt.
