Dr. Holder might be okay, but I cannot get ahold of them. Lab work done in August, and it's Christmas... and I can't get an appt until February to get the results? The office staff are HORRIBLE. Kaitland was so rude to me. What a joke. Dr. Holder, I cannot get ahold of you. If you are reading this please know your office staff make working with you nearly impossible.
Dr. Holder gave very little eye contact and treated me like an annoyance in her day. I did not feel listened to at all. She might be an excellent surgeon in practice but NOT good with patients, per my experience. I was very distressed and in severe pain. I left crying. I'm not a big cryer.
It is not normal that a man my age needs a urologist. Because of that I am extremely happy that Dr. Holder is the person that has taken care of me. She is knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. She makes sure to tell me when I need to make changes and is firm when she needs to be. Dr. Holder also allows me to stumble through the awkward conversations and make me feel like she is actually listening and doesn’t doubt me when I explain my pains.
