Dr. Shaw is the pediatrician parents dream of when it comes to their children’s care. Her team is sweet, helpful, and responsive. We love seeing her, catching up, and growing our family under her excellent care. Thankful for such a great experience each time we visit.
Dr.Shaw and staff are great however their timeliness is poor. We schedule our appt to be first visit of the day and we can’t get in and out in less then 1 1/2 hours. Plan accordingly. Very frustrating for those work.
Dr. Shaw is extremely caring, competent and experienced. She errors on the side of caution and is such a good listener. Their office has a great oncall service for after hours, and they do same day sick child appointments every day including weekends. She's super accessible through the patient portal and even follows up on weekends. She delights in our kids as much as we do. Couldn't recommended her enough!
Dr. Shaw is a very caring, very loving person and has a lot patience with her patients. Her staff is also very caring and attentive. Dr. Shaw goes over and beyond, we appreciate all your hard work and we love you all very much.
