I am a disable veteran and a single mother which went to this dentist to have a crown and root canal done but he was unethical and performed a dental malpractice, now he refused to take liability. He cant do a root canal, he was negligent and unethical. he refused to refund for a dental malpractice he performed. He wants me to sign a form where I declined any legal charges, unless I sign those forms he refused to refund for the damage so I am unable to have this root canal fix.
