This pertains to office staff ONLY. The staff never return calls. When you do reach them they are very rude. I could go on and on but why waste my energy. Dr Obeid is a great caring doctor. Also, Emily the girl who does the pfts is great. That’s about it.
My husband had a new patient visit at 8:30 this morning and they never sent new patient paperwork so we got there at 8 and filled all paperwork out and was finished by 8:30. We were never brought back and at 8:45 my husband was frustrated and was never seen. Another patient came in and was taken back immediately. It’s not our fault they didn’t send us the paperwork. We are extremely disappointed and will not be going back
Don’t go to this place had an appointment scheduled. They never sent us the paperwork to fill out. Got there a half an hour early. My appointment was at 8:30. Got there at eight filled out. The paperwork sat there for 45 minutes. Two customers came in after I did and was seen ended up leaving highly don’t recommend this place especially if you have a schedule because they don’t care.
My first visit was great, But to get in touch with the office is the worst experience I ever experienced, you are prompted to leave a message and someone will get back to as soon as possible. It’s been 1 week. I guess they are still on vacation
