Dr. Shaban is the best Physician I have been a patient for. I felt like I got world care: instant understanding, excellent bed-side manner, and quick, no-nonsense treatment. Highly recommend!
Absolutely terrible customer service following my appt. Dr Shaban told me to send him a reminder through the portal and he would call me the following Monday. It took numerous messages and numerous phone calls over TWO WEEKS to finally track him down and someone to have me call him back. Two prescriptions were sent in with the incorrect dosage and it’s now been two and a half weeks and I still don’t have the medication due to their mistakes. my daughter had all three of her kids thru dr shaban he was wonderful and the staff was great if she could do it again it would be him we would go to
Dr Shaban and his staff are AMAZING!! I can’t say enough positive things about them! The most caring staff and doctor I have ever seen! Highly highly recommend!!
