Can’t say enough about Dr Vo and his staff. He placed the stent and even made a phone call to my wife who was unable to be there. Happy with the after care and really appreciate Haley, his PA. Great meeting her and she rocked the follow-up appointment.
He performed a flawless surgery on me. Very pleased.
I rarely ever leave reviews, but my experience with this office has been extremely upsetting and I feel it’s important to share. I originally saw the doctor and was sent for an ultrasound. After the test, I never received any follow-up or results, so I assumed everything was fine. Nine months later, I suddenly get a call telling me I need to schedule my follow-up. In December of 2011 my mom was scheduled for carotid artery surgery. We got to the hospital and my mom’s doctor got sick during the surgery before my moms and told us that Dr. Vo would be doing the surgery. 2 days after her surgery, she had a massive stroke. We got to the hospital and stood outside her room door watching them scramble to save her. Dr. Vo walked up between my dad and I, looked at my mother and said, “I had nothing to do with that.” And he walked off. We never saw or heard a word from him again.
Dr Vo misdiagnosis cost me my right leg. Horrible experience.
