Very rude front desk lady screamed at my mother who had brain surgery and called the police on her not relising her rudeness caused a mental break for my sick mother I have to drive around. Spent 250$ the doctor will give me no recommendations he did surgery on my feet and he won't give me my medical papers for the appointment or the surgery he did. I had no insurance I had no money to pay and I told this man this from the very first day he did the surgery and he had me come back for follow-up appointments. I told him I don’t have no money I cannot pay you he said, don’t worry about you come anyways, apparently there is lack of communication between the doctor and his billing staff because I was billed for all the appointments I attended, and then it was turned over to a collection agency. Dr.Wheat himself is wonderful, as well as his nurse. However, the office personnel is about as rude, lazy, and unprofessional as they come!! Leave several messages, no call back for days. Have an issue with ins. Authorization, they want you to call v.a., call her, call v.a, call her...flipping ridiculous to play middle man instead of her just calling and saying what she supposedly needs. Waits till 30min. Before the 5th appointment to cancel it because she cant find the authorization to treat?!!! What a joke of a staff!!! I ... read more
