Dr. LeBlanc performed my reconstruction after mastectomy (same surgery) and was absolutely wonderful and did amazing work. She is warm, kind, incredibly thorough. I wish there were more doctors like her, truly. Her office staff is full of the same wonderful people like her. Chelsea, Brandi, Kate, and one other that I cannot remember her name. For seeing her during a tough diagnosis, she made it as great as I could’ve hoped for. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I feel so blessed to have had and will continue to have Dr LaBlanc during my medical journey . Getting diagnoses can be extremely scary especially when it come to surgical intervention. She has been professional , kind and personable the whole way . Even bringing laughter and joy , which I’ve greatly appreciated . I work in the medical field and SHES the one all of us go to ! I initially consulted with two other PS and the minute Dr. LeBlanc started explaining what I needed to expect…I felt like I could finally breath. Going through breast cancer is scary enough and to know you have Dr. LeBlanc in your camp made me feel safe. Not only is she a genius…her bedside manner is fantastic. I feel thankful a friend recommended her and we both still sing her praises. Her staff deserves 10 plus stars. They are all so compassionate and extremely professional.

My initial visit with Dr. Leblanc was a terrific experience. Office is well organized, friendly staff, attentive, and responds quickly. Dr. Leblanc spent over an hour with me talking to me, explaining everything to me, giving me options for my reconstructions and preparing me for surgery. I know that because she spent so much time preparing me for my surgery that led to such an excellent outcome. My recovery has been a breeze, and I cannot thank her enough for what she did for me.
I tried to leave a kind, lengthy review, but keep getting an error. It says I shouldn't use brand names, phone numbers, email addresses, profanity or emojis. I didn't use any of those and can't figure out what is causing my great review of Dr. Leblanc to not be published. I will try another website.
I have a pretty extensive medical history and Dr. LeBlanc spent all the time necessary to review what we needed to review and never felt rushed. The staff and doctor are genuinely friendly and caring and eager to help. I feel so lucky and blessed to have Dr. LeBlanc on my team of physicians and feel really confident about the treatment plan and future. While I’m sure Dr. Leblanc is an adequate surgeon, her bedside manner leaves much to be desired. It is also a red flag to hear a doctor speak condescendingly and disrespectfully to her support staff. I did not feel that she saw me as a person or cared about what I might be feeling.

I am sorry that this was your impression of my practice. I take pride in listening to my patients and apologize that you did not feel heard. I love my support staff and I cannot recall ever being condescending to them in front of a patient. As you can tell from prior reviews, your experience was certainly not the norm.
