I could choose a Doctor closer to where I live, but I like going to Dr. Kelner. She has gentle hands. The secretary at the front desk is pleasant and accomadating. The dental assistant is also friendly. They seem to have a good work work environment where the left hand knows what the right hand is doing. Everybody is professional.
They seem really nice at first. However I had an issue with them not receiving the x ray from my dentist office. I even confirmed with them if they got it and I was told yes. Then when it came time to call the dentist for the records again the staff called my personal phone and not a dentist office. I asked if I can just pay for a new set of x rays from them and the dentist told me that would be stupid and that when they get the records they will call me. Amazing team and works. Made my tooth pains go away.
I’ve always been nervous before dental visits and used nitrous, but actually was pain free thanks to Dr Kelner and Chris!! So caring, understanding, friendly, knowledgeable…that they made me feel great without nitrous!! The receptionist was so sweet and kind, helping me navigate insurance coverage to minimize my out of pocket expenses!!! I’ve been so impressed that my next visits will be great too!!! Thank to Dr Kelner and staff!!!
