Horrible experience! I contacted Dr Reed to let her know that my filling came out on the same day that she placed it. No resolution at all but to pay for the services again. She avoided taking any other calls.
The front office terrible service
I was very pleased with the quality of Dr. Reed's services, her staff, & her office environment until I had my first cleaning there. During the cleaning, the hygienist disrupted the bonding on an orthodontic retention wire on my upper front teeth. Dr. Reed attempted to repair the bonding free of charge, & I appreciated that, but it didn't work, & when I called Dr. Reed to do further repair, I got no response. I then had to spend 100's of dollars to have an orthodontist repair it. Very unhappy.
Dr. Reed and the staff was very caring and informative during my exam. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction, This was my first visit and I will be returning.
