The front desk staff had a very poor attitude and showed a lack of basic professionalism and courtesy. They hung up the phone abruptly without resolving the issue, which was extremely disrespectful. In addition, there was no effort to accommodate Cantonese-speaking customers, making communication even more frustrating. I strongly suggest improving staff training or replacing the front desk personnel to provide a more professional and respectful service experience.
