I have waited in the office for over 2 hours before Dr Fink showed up. Payed him $2,000 plus insurance money and he never was able to make 2 crowns, worked on it for 2 years, and I had pain the whole time. My husband finally said let’s just forget this and go to another Dentist. Was never on time or even close to being on time for all visits. I’m out $2,000 plus insurance money.
Terrible
The staff @ the front desk was very rude and dismissive. My 18 year old daughter came home almost in tears from the was she was treated. My husband was present and could not believe the way she was spoken to. Also, I was forced to pay for services out of pocket until the insurance payment came thru, this was 4 weeks ago and I am still fighting the get my money back after I was promised it would not be an issue. Beware!
Dr fink is an amazing dentist- wonderful staff!!! Highly recommend!
I have been going to Dr. Fink for the last 5 years, and every time I walk in his office I forget how annoyed I was the last time I was there. First of all when you go in just for a check up or a cleaning before you even see the doctor they ask you to pay the bill, how insulting. Then when you have an issue like a crown or filing, after the doctor looks at the xray he then proceeds to go over your insurance will you're still in the chair. Chipped my tooth over the weekend. Emailed dr finks office. They responded quickly. My tooth was repaired perfectly on Monday.
Been a patient for years and have never had a problem. Love the same-day crowns. Recommended for general dentistry, however you will be referred elsewhere for root canals.
The worst staff I've ever had to deal with. They don't give a suit who walks in or out the door, they treat every patient with disrespect. The girl at the front desk lies to the doctor to cover up her f-ups, doesn't return emergency phone calls, she I'd bad for the job.
Dr. Fink seems to be more interested in extending visits for additional insurance payments and making referrals to his colloquies rather than providing a service. I have been to him on three separate occasions, he referred me to two other dentist and he has not handled my initial dental problems I came to him for. I am finding another dentist who is interested in servicing his patients and resolving their dental problems.
