This irresponsible "doctor" has completely ignored my needs. My therapist told me to call him and say I need an emergent appointment, so I left a message with those exact words. No response at all. No email, text, call, nothing. Missed the next appt and still nothing. Formal complaint this HR dept and nothing from either. I easily have every right for a lawsuit, just no money for an attorney and waiting 2 years for legal aid is pathetic. Great nurses and staff. Appointments are always close to if not right on time. Dr. Ulrich is outstanding with my daughter and really cares and listens before pushing out meds onto young children, in my experience. 5 STARS FROM ME AND MINE!
