They are the most unprofessional place I have ever been I went there because I needed dentures. The dentures he had made for me were awful you couldn't see them he didn't put enough gums so they were very low and entirely too small and too thin you could not.see the teeth when I smiled. Nor could I eat with them either. I had to go through the health insurance ended up getting no help. The insurance payed around close to 2 thousand I believe. So sick of reading negative comments. Where are all the satisfied patients that advocate for great health care practitioners? Please let me be one of them. I waited for a while to have my first visit. Yes. This is one of the only dentists that accepts our insurance and I thank him for that. My whole mouth was a mess. Once the doc got me in, I had appointments rapidly that changed my whole mouth. One month, restored mouth. Cut to now....they didn't have to fit me in this week. I just had my first appointment today. The staff members are very nice and Dr. Novak is just as nice. I really appreciated how honest they were about my current situation. I get extremely nervous, anxious and scared at the dentist. They were very comforting. I’ve been to multiple dentists in my life. I have to say Dr. Novak and his staff are by far one of if not the best. I highly recommend Dr. Novak.
