Do not attempt to go here. They will give you the run around, cancel your appointments last minute, lie about referrals, transfer you back and forth and never help you. Worst excuse for a medical practice I have ever encountered!
Soteres basically refused to properly test and treat me and told me to come back in 6 months. So I instead had to find a different doctor and continue going untreated in the meantime. All Soteres had to do was run the tests. I literally told him what was wrong with me.
I've been a patient for 3 years. Last year I started being mistreated by front office and struggled to get my scripts filled without issue. Last month Brooke the MA threatened to not fill my scrips because I interrupted her on the phone. I tried to tell the doctor. Her reply was that's management and I'm not them. I called back to report the mistreatment with no call back. I'd stay clear of this office. They do t even answer the phone anymore. They mistreat patients here. I have allergies and they really are helping even though they have never treated patients with my type of allergies.
