Daniel S. Javier is the worst doctor I have ever experienced in my life. He used to take care of my grandfather who was in the army and Javier is responsible for his death. During the visit he would not look at my grandfather, would not refill his prescriptions as needed, would not assess the swelling and onset infection in his legs, and would not sign my grandfathers death certificate.
