Very good experience with Dr Gingold he’s very into his craft and I love how he explained everything in detail about how the human body works and how surgery will go. He did surgery for Crohns disease repaired fistula and damaged intestines I feel very blessed to have him as my Surgeon.
I told Dr. Gingold walking in that I was in extreme pain and wanted to get in and out with a new surgery scheduled, as my previous surgery was supposed to be the next day (I had waited over three months for this). I also told him I had been vegan for over 12 years & been struggling for 8-9 years with now unbearable pain, never sleeping through an entire night.Gingold was more interested in telling me about the surgeons he knew at other hospitals, where he went to school & where he grew up. I have been a long time patient of Dr Lake and Dr Gingold. They are friendly and professional and their level of care is outstanding. Office staff is thorough and friendly. For the past 15+ years I have relied on them for their medical advice and treatments. Thank you.
The office and staff were professional but Dr. Gingold was very rushed and would start asking his next question before I finished answering the previous question. As we talked more I got the feeling he either wasn't paying attention to me or didn't believe my symptoms. Giving him the benefit of the doubt I asked the person behind the front desk if he was usually so quick and cursory; their response was that 'every doctor has their own personality'.
