I recently went to Radin Skin Centre in the TMC building in Tecumseh to have a keratosis removed, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Radin. I have had a fantastic experience with Dr. Radin and his team over the past year. The staff is friendly, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I was referred to Dr Radin and got in to see him within a couple of days. Unheard of in this profession. I was very pleased to get an appointment so promptly. The receptionist is consistently pleasant and responds to messages. Dr. Radin is very easy to speak with and he quickly recognized the issue I was experiencing. Today he skillfully anesthetized and treated the delicate skin so very close to my eye without discomfort. Terrible experience with this doctor!!! My mom was referred to him, and after a full week without any update, I called their office. Only then did we learn that he had declined to see my mom, without providing any explanation to us or even to the referring clinic. They didn’t bother to send a formal letter of refusal, which would have allowed us to seek another doctor sooner. This lack of communication and professionalism caused unnecessary delay and stress. Highly recommend! I had a chance to know Dr Radin recently, when I came to his office. I want to say, I am very satisfied with his advice and treatment solutions for my issue with the rush and redness on both sides of my neck. Just after few days of using the medication he prescribed, I could see a huge improvement of my medical condition. He is indeed an expert in this field.
