First off, my husband got into see this specialist within two weeks of referral from our family doctor. Unheard of! Clean, quiet waiting room. Attentive receptionist. Dr. Radin was PROMPT. PROFESSIONAL. KNOWLEDGEABLE. POLITE. Perhaps the timeliest specialist we have encountered in our entire lives, opening the waiting room door at the exact time the appointment was scheduled for. My husband left satisfied with questions answered and options. Dr. Radin is an asset to our community.
I had a deeply disappointing experience. I came in after dealing with eczema on my hand for over three years. He barely let me speak before writing a prescription and dismissing everything I tried to share about my healing journey (it’s almost gone with the work I’ve put into healing my body). They are very professional, they care about you and are helpful and answer all your questions. They take the time to listen to you and never rush you.
