Dr.Holland is highly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. This doctor goes the extra mile to ensure every patient's needs are completely met.
The only reason not 5 stars is due to wait time. I was told at check-in they were running behind schedule. Other than that it was a positive experience.
The services are fine but the onsite wait time for routine appointments is unacceptable. It's bad practice management. It's not unusual in my experience to wait more than half an hour after my appointment time before I'm called. There was also a long gap between the staff I saw. For an appointment where I saw staff for approximately 25-30 minutes total I was in the offices for almost 2 hours.
