Bedside manner is non existent. Brought my 82 year old mother to tears chastising her for going to the ER with a BP of 225/115. If this is the replacement for Dr Beard we are in trouble. He has zero compassion and doesn't have the ability to connect with his patients on their level. He is arrogant and pompous which only makes the situation worse. Maybe a personality seminar would be a huge benefit for him instead of alienating his patients.
