After years of going there, when I had to cancel one appointment due to a financial issue the rude receptionist tells me they are going to charge me for a missed appointment. I don't see a bill for months for said charge and then 4 months later, one shows up due to staffing shortages. You'd think that a loyal patient would garner a little more concern for an unusual circumstance.
Love this practice! Dr. Pouchot is wonderful, Very patient, knowledgeable and kind! I am saved and I also love that they serve the Lord too!!

Very friendly, all the staff treat you like family. Extremely comfortable atmosphere! Wonderful experience, definitely recommend.
