I had an appointment with Dr. Singer to evaluate a pinched nerve in my hand. The technician was very pleasant and professional, however I cannot say the same for Dr. Singer. After reviewing my test results I was informed that nothing could be done to alleviate the pain and to go home (1. take aspirin and (2. to hang out with my friend "Ben-Gay"). I felt dismissed with no discussion as to alternative solutions or physicians. I found his attitude very dismissive.
Called to make an appointment and lady told me they were booked until almost April. I told okay her never mind, and before I could even say thank you, she hung up on me.
Office staff is rude and uncaring of patients. They have one there that is definitely just there for a paycheck. On the phone she acts like you should not be bothering her, lots of huffing and puffing. If the doctor allows his staff to treat patients this way you might think twice about this place.
Dr. D. Singer is a wonderful neurologist his staff is very helpful and kind. I have been a patient of his since the mid 2000's. He really listens to you and genuinely cares about your condition and tries to help you. Sincerely, T Dennis
