I never got the chance to leave a review for Dr. McLean, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. He repeatedly lied to me, was unprofessional, and completely folded under pressure—now I understand it was all to protect himself. My 10-year-old went in for what the surgeon described as a routine appendectomy. I had an appointment for surgery with the Doctor and i had to cancel , the staff told me they would call to reschedule in 1 week, to make a long story short 1 month went by and none of the staff took the responsibility of calling me , we called to se what had happened and spoke to Yesenia which told me that now i wpuld have to go back and see the doctor again just to make it official for the second time that i was going to get surgery, the office manager Brenda got on the phone and acted real snarky, when i told her that she... read more

Best service ever! I myself being in this field and I’ve never had this type of service! If I could rate you more than 5 stars, I would. From receptionists to MA’s. I’ll be sending them patients forsure!
